Wutian Martial Art Institute is a young and independent martial art club dedicated to helping kids and teenagers reach their human potential and serving families in Central and East London. We teach kickboxing, Jiu-jitsu and Wing Chun as well as provide life skills programme to help children build a better character and a healthy mindset. Our services extend to adults as well as parents of our Kids &
Teens Programme who wish to learn martial arts and self defence skills. As we are preparing to scale up and expand, we are looking to coach passionate individuals who are excited to make a difference and level up with the team!

To be a successful candidate, you should have:
- Coachable mindset;
- Proven work experience in a receptionist role/ front office representation or similar role for at least one year;
- Proven track record of success in sales and are looking for an exciting new challenge;
- Some experience in working with children and teenagers between the ages of 4-17;
- Bonus if you have some experience in writing, editing, publishing engaging marketing content via social media;
- A cheerful and confident personality;
- Strong work ethics;
- Solid written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise;
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks;
- Willing to travel as and when required;
- A clean DBS record as the role requires you to work with children.
SCHEDULES:
Flexible schedule is a MUST as this role requires you to cover AM/PM shifts.
Part-time 18-23 hours a week
Weekdays: (AM) Morning shift from 9:30AM - 2:30PM; (PM) Evening shift from 2:30PM - 8:30PM
Saturdays: (AM) Morning shift from 8AM - 3PM
LOCATIONS:
We have TWO locations: - Island Gardens (E14) and Camden Town (NW1).
We will prioritise candidates who are able to travel to BOTH locations.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 18-22 per week
Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
